Admins can also use the Users tab in the Microsoft 365 admin center to manage licenses for individuals within their organization.

Current status: We’re validating our hotfix to add the missing UX elements back to the Microsoft 365 admin center Licenses page internally, after which we’ll deploy the hotfix to a subset of regions to validate that the fix is successful before proceeding with a general rollout. We aim to provide a timeline to mitigation once we commence our general rollout.
