Current status: We’ve determined that a dependent service that Intune and Entra IDs portal access requests rely on experienced a drop in availability, resulting in failures and errors when admins attempt to access those portals. We’re performing cache refreshes on the direct Intune and Entra ID infrastructure affected by this issue to more effectively receive the dependent service fixes for the availability problems. This is resulting in an increasing number of admin no longer seeing the issue. We’ll provide a timeline to mitigation as one becomes available.
