More info: The error may occur specifically when using the “Promote to Viva Engage” feature. Current status: The development of the fix is ongoing, and due to the complexity of the issue, we’re still anticipating deployment will start in December 2025. We’ll provided an updated timeline and ETA once one becomes available.
