• Customer-Driven Activation Workflow – Offers flexibility by allowing quotes to be activated upon explicit customer approval, subsequently transitioning into an order that is submitted to back-end order management systems.
• Native D365 Sales Integration – For customers utilizing the D365 Sales Quote and Order workflow, the agent can read and write to the Quote & Order tables in Dataverse. It can also autonomously generate new quotes, streamlining the quoting process within the ecosystem.
• Third-Party and Custom System Support – Integrates with third-party systems (e.g., SAP) or custom quoting solutions for customers not using the native D365 Sales system, ensuring the agent can function in diverse environments.
