Current status: We’ve started retriggering the compliance calculations to re-initiate propagation to the Entra service for currently affected devices. Some devices may begin to see relief as we continue this action. In parallel, we’ve initiated the deployment of a potential code fix to our internal testing environment for validation. Once we’ve confirmed the fix successfully resolves the code issue as expected, we’ll prepare a deployment timeline to the broader impacted environment.

Root cause: Due to a code issue, when the Microsoft Intune service attempts to calculate a device’s compliance status to provide access to company resources, it’s failing to propagate the device state to the underlying Entra service, resulting in impact.
