User impact: Users may be unable to access the Microsoft Intune web app from a managed Microsoft Edge iOS browser. More info: The managed Microsoft Edge iOS browser may display an error stating “Action Not Allowed” when trying to launch the Microsoft Intune web app. Current status: We’ve identified that a code issue in the Mobile Application Management (MAM) SDK conflicts with a recently enabled account management feature, resulting in impact. We’re creating a new build of the Microsoft Edge iOS browser that has this feature disabled to remediate impact. Scope of impact: Any user attempting to access the Microsoft Intune web app from a managed Microsoft Edge iOS browser may be impacted. Root cause: A code issue in the MAM SDK conflicts with a recently enabled account management feature, resulting in impact. Next update by: Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at 6:00 PM UTC |
