Current status: We were alerted to an issue from our monitoring systems that indicated a delay in freshness for certain reports in the Microsoft 365 admin center. We investigated and identified that a portion of infrastructure that supports the affected reporting in the Microsoft 365 admin center encountered a processing issue, leading to delays and impact. We’ve resolved this processing issue to prevent further delays, and we’re now monitoring as the backlog of report requests is processed to fully remediate impact.

Scope of impact: Any user located in North America, Europe, or Asia-Pacific regions may be affected by this issue and may see a delay in certain reports in the Microsoft 365 admin center. This section may be updated as our investigation continues.
