Current status: We’ve determined that a recent regional API controller update caused requests to duplicate, resulting in queuing and data ingestion failures to the reports. To mitigate this issue, we’ve applied configuration changes to account for the duplicated requests and are reaching out to a subset of affected admins in order to validate this issue is fully resolved.
