More info: When some users attempt to access Copilot Chat in Outlook on the web, they may intermittently receive an error that states, “Something went wrong. An error occurred. Please try again.”

Current status: We’ve completed validation of the fix and have started deploying it to the affected environments. As deployment progresses, we’re monitoring service telemetry and error rates to verify that Copilot Chat is loading successfully for affected users. We expect deployment to complete before our next scheduled update.

Scope of impact: Impact is specific to some users attempting to access Copilot Chat in Outlook on the web.

Root cause: An underlying client rendering issue within Copilot Studio is intermittently preventing Copilot Chat from rendering correctly in Outlook on the web.
