Current status: We’ve observed recovery in some processes which manage data processing and report generation. We’re continuing to monitor the refresh rate of the impacted reports to ensure usage data report freshness.

Scope of impact: Some admins and users in North America, Asia Pacific, and Europe attempting to see up-to-date data in the affected reports listed in the More info section may be impacted by this issue. This section may be updated as our investigation continues.
