More info: Specifically, this impacts users who have the AllowEngagementReport meeting policy set to Off, as they’re unable to download webinar registration details in Microsoft Teams Events because the Download option does not appear.

Current status: We’ve identified a service regression caused the registration report download option to become unavailable when the engagement reporting policy was disabled, despite the registration report being independent of this policy. We’re applying a code fix to mitigate impact and expect to be able to provide a remediation timeline by our next scheduled update.

Scope of impact: Impact may occur for users whose assigned meeting policy has AllowEngagementReport set to Off, preventing them from downloading webinar registration details from the Events app in Microsoft Teams. This information may be updated as our investigation continues.
