– Adoption Score reports
– Multi-geo Tenant usage reports
– Active user reports
– Email Activity reports
– Email Apps usage reports
– Microsoft 365 Apps usage reports

Current status: We’ve updated the “More info” section to reflect the current processing delays for the impacted report types. While we’ve remediated the issues which led to the majority of delays across the listed report types, we’re completing additional optimization to ensure that the data reporting delays for the remaining three report types recover as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Scope of impact: Some admins may not see updated usage reports in the Microsoft 365 admin center with varying delays. This section may be updated as the investigation progresses.

Root cause: Upstream processes responsible for managing user data were unable to process data as effectively as expected, leading to delays populating user reports.

根本原因:ユーザーデータの管理を担当する上流プロセスが期待通りにデータを処理できず、ユーザーレポートの入力遅延を引き起こしました。
