User impact: Admins may see multiple usage reports not updating in the Microsoft 365 admin center.

More info: Due to the delay in data propagation, impacted usage reports may not be viewable.

The following usage reports may not show data since October 6, 2026:
– Mailbox usage reports
– Microsoft Teams User activity reports
– Microsoft 365 Group activity reports

The following usage reports have recovered as of October 12, 2026:
– Adoption Score reports
– Multi-geo Tenant usage reports
– Active user reports
– Email Activity reports
– Email Apps usage reports
– Microsoft 365 Apps usage reports

Current status: We’ve identified that additional server-side optimizations are needed to fully remediate the impact. We’re applying these optimizations to the remaining affected users and continuing to monitor the affected report types to validate full recovery.

Scope of impact: Some admins may not see updated usage reports in the Microsoft 365 admin center with varying delays. This section may be updated as the investigation progresses.

Root cause: Upstream processes responsible for managing user data were unable to process data as effectively as expected, leading to delays populating user reports.
