Current status: The deployment of our fix is continuing to progress as expected and we estimate that it’ll reach completion by our next scheduled communications update. We’ll continue to monitor as it progresses through the affected environments to ensure no adverse effects occur along the way. Additionally, as it progresses, users will experience relief from impact as the fix reaches them. Scope of impact: Any user attempting to view Out of office text on Microsoft Teams contact cards may be impacted. This section may be updated as our investigation continues. Root cause: A recent service change to the Microsoft Teams contact cards introduced a code regression in which the user interface (UI) of the Out of office text contains an invalid value and is causing impact.
