Current status: We’ve analyzed the service infrastructure and identified that the portion of database infrastructure that facilitates admin access to eDiscovery (Premium) cases in the compliance portal has become unbalanced, stemming from latent code issues that cause impact from higher traffic to the service. We’re working on testing and validating a code fix to optimize the database infrastructure, to support the higher traffic, and remediate impact.<\/p>\n
