Current status: While our fix to optimize the database infrastructure so that it supports higher levels of traffic has been deployed, we’ve received reports that impact may be persisting for some admins. We’re routing the traffic to alternate infrastructure with a greater ability to process traffic to remediate the issue more quickly.<\/p>\n

Scope of impact: Any admin serviced by the affected infrastructure attempting access to eDiscovery (Premium) cases in the compliance portal may be impacted.<\/p>\n

Root cause: A portion of database infrastructure that facilitates admin access to eDiscovery (Premium) cases in the compliance portal has become unbalanced stemming from latent code issues that cause impact from higher traffic to the service.<\/p>\n
