Preliminary root cause: A recent deployment caused an issue with Content Delivery Network (CDN) cache for some routing components. This intermittently caused connection issues for some requests. We’re still investigating why the CDN cache had an incorrect value and more details will be provided within the Post-Incident Report (PIR).<\/p>\n

Next steps:
– Identify why the CDN cache had an incorrect value after the deployment.
– Determine why this only intermittently impacted some connections.
– Develop repair items to prevent this from happening again in future deployments.
– Address gaps within monitoring systems which should have detected this type of issue sooner.<\/p>\n
