Current status: We’re continuing to test for an extended period of time to ensure that our fix to address the time zone display issue fully remediates impact. Once this process is complete, we’ll be able to provide an estimated timeline for deployment and resolution. <\/p>\n

Scope of impact: This issue affects Outlook on the web users with devices based in Jordan that receive calendar events external from Jordan.<\/p>\n

Root cause: A recent time zone change in Jordan wasn’t correctly picked up by the underlying service and therefore is incorrectly labelling the time in Outlook on the web for Jordanian users’ calendar invites. <\/p>\n
