Additionally, users&#8217; profile pictures and initials are not always shown on Basic Microsoft Planner tasks or when assigning tasks to users.<\/p>\n<p>  The user detail impact may affect users leveraging any Microsoft Planner access method, including Planner on the web or Microsoft Planner within Microsoft Teams.<\/p>\n<p>  Current status: We&#8217;ve identified that some configuration changes contained within a recent regularly scheduled service update intended to improve the user experience are resulting in impact.
