Current status: Although our efforts to reproduce this issue have been inconclusive so far, we’re in the process of developing a potential fix for this issue which will undergo our internal validation tests before being applied throughout the affected environments. Additionally, we’re attempting to gather dump logs which we anticipate will aid in expediting our understanding of the underlying cause of impact.<\/p>\n

Scope of impact: Any user serviced by the impacted portion of infrastructure sending or receiving IRM protected email in Exchange Online may be affected.<\/p>\n
