All users can create a case, search for content, evaluate and refine search results, and use review sets to manage content.<\/p>\n

Additionally, existing eDiscovery holds were not impacted by this event and continue to preserve content as configured. However, creating new eDiscovery holds during the impact duration may have failed to complete.<\/p>\n

Current Status: We are continuing to make progress on testing in our internal environment. However, out of an abundance of caution, we are conducting extended testing on all critical scenarios. While this thorough validation is delaying our production deployment, it is essential to ensure the export functionality is delivered without issues.<\/p>\n

Our engineering team remains fully focused and engaged, and we still anticipate delivering the functionality to production by the end of the day on Saturday, March 29, 2025.<\/p>\n
