All users can create a case, search for content, evaluate and refine search results, and use review sets to manage content.<\/p>\n

Additionally, existing eDiscovery holds were not impacted by this event and continue to preserve content as configured. However, creating new eDiscovery holds during the impact duration may have failed to complete.<\/p>\n

Current Status: The deployment to the commercial cloud is complete in all regions. At this time, all Microsoft Purview eDiscovery functionality has been restored. <\/p>\n

The deployment to the Government clouds is still in progress and we\u2019re monitoring its progress as it saturates through the environments. We estimate that this will complete by Saturday, March 29, 2025 at 9:00AM UTC. <\/p>\n

Our engineering team will remain fully engaged throughout the remainder of the weekend, closely monitoring the service. To ensure full transparency and support, we will keep the Service Health Dashboard communication open as customers resume running eDiscovery activities that may have been delayed during this event.<\/p>\n
