More info: Users may be blocked by the user experience (UX) when trying to complete MDM enrollment on Corporate Owned Samsung S25 and A56 devices running Android 15 for Android Enterprise (AE) user based Corporate Owned Business Only (COBO) and Corporate Owned Profile Enrollment (COPE) enrollment scenarios.<\/p>\n

Current status: We’ve begun deploying the previously mentioned fix to the impacted service environments. We anticipate that the fix will be fully deployed by our next scheduled communications update, at which time we’ll monitor our service health telemetry to confirm that the impact is remediated.<\/p>\n

Scope of impact: This issue impacts users who are attempting to complete MDM enrollment on Corporate Owned Samsung S25 and A56 devices running Android 15 for AE user based COBO and COPE enrollment scenarios.<\/p>\n

Root cause: A recent Android 15 update introduced changes to the UI, causing the UX to be blocked in certain scenarios and resulting in impact.<\/p>\n
