Current status: As we continue working to recover the remaining undelivered attachments, we’re reaching out to a subset of affected users to gather additional contextual data as well as fresh message samples to aid our investigation into whether any additional factors are contributing to impact.<\/p>\n

Scope of impact: Impact is specific to some users who are served through the affected infrastructure.<\/p>\n

Root cause: A recent configuration change to a feature which is responsible for processing attachment scan retries is causing the impact.<\/p>\n
