As a potential short-term workaround whilst we address the issue, affected users may be able to access Microsoft sites using the following URLs:
For the general Microsoft 365 page – www.microsoft.com\/en-us\/microsoft-365<\/a>
For Outlook – www.microsoft.com\/en-us\/microsoft-365\/outlook<\/a><\/p>\n

Current status: We’ve validated the fix and begun a deployment to the affected environment. We anticipate this process will be complete and impact remediated by our next scheduled update.<\/p>\n

Scope of impact: Impact is specific to some users attempting to access some Microsoft 365 sites.<\/p>\n

Start time: Wednesday, May 14, 2025, at 10:30 PM UTC<\/p>\n

Root cause: A recent feature update, intended to introduce new service logic, inadvertently contains a code regression that’s resulting in site rendering to fail and display a 500 error.<\/p>\n
