Coming soon for Microsoft Teams: Users will be able to share a file from a Chat conversation, a Chat Shared <\/i>tab, or a channel post to 1:1 chats, group chats, or channels with fewer clicks. When files are shared, their permissions are maintained, ensuring that recipients have the appropriate access rights. Users can include a message with the shared file and @mention recipients.<\/p>\n

When users shares a file from a Chat conversation, a Chat Shared <\/i>tab, or a channel post, a dialog box will pop up. Options available in the dialog box: <\/p>\n

  2. Optional: Add text to the message (or @mention users). <\/li>\n
  3. Optional: Modify permissions. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
