More info: The impacted migrations fail to complete and then restart, which also fails.<\/p>\n

Current status: Our analysis of system logs further indicates that a portion of the service’s migration process related to merging folders contains a code conflict, causing exceptions in the affected mailboxes migration, however, we have not yet confirmed this theory. We’re developing a fix to address the issue, which we’ll then test and validate in our internal testing environment which will both confirm our theory about the root cause and confirm our fix addresses the issue. We anticipate this testing will be complete by our next scheduled update. <\/p>\n

Scope of impact: This issue may impact any admin trying to migrate some mailboxes to Exchange Online.<\/p>\n
