We\u2019re expanding the availability of Microsoft Teams Premium branding to include town halls and webinars. This enhancement enables organizers to deliver polished, on-brand experiences across more event types\u2015strengthening brand affinity and engagement from the moment attendees join.<\/p>\n

This feature requires a Teams Premium license.<\/p>\n

This message applies to Teams for Windows desktop, Teams for the web, and Teams for iOS\/Android.<\/p>\n

General Availability (Worldwide, GCC, GCC High, DoD): We began rolling out late May 2025 and expect to complete by early July 2025 (previously mid-June).<\/p>\n

After this rollout, if your organization has configured branding in the Teams admin center, it will automatically apply to: <\/p>\n

  • Town halls <\/li>\n
  • Webinars <\/li>\n
  • Regular meetings (already supported)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Branded elements will appear on the pre-join screen and during the meeting experience, including: <\/p>\n

    • Organization logo <\/li>\n
    • Custom background image <\/li>\n
    • Brand hex color <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Organizers with a Teams Premium license can disable branding for individual events via Meeting Options in the scheduling form.<\/p>\n

      This change will be available by default. <\/p>\n

      This rollout will happen automatically by the specified dates with no admin action required before the rollout.
