Viva Engage is adding support for 11 new languages and 3 regional variants, making the platform more inclusive and accessible for global users. This update enhances communication and collaboration across multilingual teams.<\/p>\n

[When this will happen:]<\/p>\n

General Availability (Worldwide): Rollout will begin in mid-July 2025 and is expected to complete by late July 2025. <\/p>\n

[How this affects your organization:]<\/p>\n

This update will be available to all Viva Engage users by default. Users will be able to select any of the newly supported languages in the following ways: <\/p>\n

    \n
  • Web and desktop app: Navigate to Settings > Language to choose a preferred language. <\/li>\n
  • Viva Engage in Teams: Language settings will follow the Teams user language preference. <\/li>\n
  • Mobile apps (iOS and Android): Language will reflect the device\u2019s system language. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
