Current status: We\u2019re continuing to test our configuration change with a subset of affected users, and we anticipate this process to be completed by the time of our next scheduled update. Once this process is completed, we aim to provide a timeline for our configuration change to be deployed to all affected users.<\/p>\n

Scope of impact: Users may experience latency or intermittent failures for user contact fetching across multiple Microsoft 365 services.<\/p>\n
