More info: When admins view the Exchange Online usage data for Total Active Users, Amount of Storage Used, and Number of User Mailboxes by Storage Quota, the data may show as zero. In addition, Teams usage report data in the Microsoft 365 admin center may not reflect accurate data.<\/p>\n

Current status: Our validations with a subset of affected admins determined that they continue to be unable to view accurate Exchange Online and Microsoft Teams usage data in the Microsoft 365 admin center. We’re further analyzing our previous data restoration to determine why it hasn’t returned the expected usage data to the Microsoft 365 admin center, so we can determine our next steps for reinstating the necessary Exchange Online and Microsoft Teams data to remediate the impact.<\/p>\n

Scope of impact: Any admin attempting to view Exchange Online or Microsoft Teams usage data in the Microsoft 365 admin center may be impacted.<\/p>\n
