This update gives users more flexibility when planning events, especially when details are still being finalized.<\/p>\n<p>  <b>When this will happen<\/b>  <\/p>\n<p>  <\/p>\n<ul>  <\/p>\n<li><b>General Availability (Worldwide, GCC, GCC High, DoD):<\/b> Rollout will begin in July 2025 and is expected to complete by late August 2025.<\/li>\n<p>  <\/ul>\n<p>  <b>How this affects your organization<\/b>  <\/p>\n<p>  <\/p>\n<p>Users will be able to save events as drafts when creating a meeting with at least one attendee. To do this, select the  <b>Discard<\/b> button while composing the event, then choose <b>Save as a draft<\/b>. Draft events will appear on the calendar with a \u201c[Draft]\u201d prefix in the title.<br \/>  This feature is available on mobile and will be <b>on by default<\/b>.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><b>What you can do to prepare<\/b><\/p>\n<p>  <\/p>\n<ul>  <\/p>\n<li>No admin action is required.
