Current status: As part of our staged work to implement mitigations, we\u2019re working to perform a targeted configuration change and validate the update on a limited portion of infrastructure. This is intended to prevent further crashes from occurring when the service attempts to process a search query. Due to the complexity of the issue, it\u2019s taking some additional time to fully analyze and validate these mitigations. In parallel, we\u2019re continuing to further develop additional changes that may allow us to expedite the fix and restore search functionality.<\/p>\n

Scope of impact: Impact is specific to some users who are served through the affected infrastructure. Customers hosted in any worldwide region may experience impact related to this event; though, the degree of impact can vary. Additionally, we\u2019ve confirmed that there is no impact to any Government Cloud environments.<\/p>\n
