This feature helps users better manage their Microsoft accounts by providing quick access to account details, displaying their profile picture, and enabling account switching (if   permitted by your organization). This update aligns the experience with classic Outlook and enhances user productivity.<\/p>\n<p>This message is associated with Microsoft 365 Roadmap ID <a href=\"https:\/\/www.microsoft.com\/microsoft-365\/roadmap?rtc=1%26filters%3D&amp;searchterms=497546\" target=\"_blank\">  497546<\/a><\/p>\n<p>  <\/p>\n<p><b>When this will happen:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>General Availability (Worldwide): Rollout will begin in early August 2025 and is expected to complete by late August 2025.  <\/p>\n<p><b>How this affects your organization:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Once the rollout is complete, users will see the new Account Manager in the title bar of Outlook for Windows. Key capabilities include:  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Displaying the user\u2019s profile picture, automatically synced from their Microsoft account.  <\/li>\n<li>Providing access to the Microsoft account page, consistent with the experience in classic Outlook.  <\/li>\n<li>Allowing users to add and manage accounts, if permitted by your organization\u2019s policies.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/cxcs.microsoft.net\/static\/public\/messagecenter\/neutral\/247488ea-bdb2-41a1-8d3f-dcfa09277cc7\/9164161523e2b6d45434c6b5f72210e3161d45b6.png\"><\/p>\n<p>This feature is on by default and does not require admin configuration.  <\/p>\n<p><b>What you can do to prepare:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>No admin action is required.
