This allows users to securely send diagnostic data to Microsoft Support directly from the  <i>Help<\/i> tab, streamlining issue resolution.<\/p>\n<p><b>[When this will happen:]<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>General Availability (Worldwide):<\/b> Rollout will begin in mid-October 2025 and is expected to complete by late October 2025.<\/p>\n<p><b>[How this affects your organization:]<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Who is affected:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Users of <i>Outlook for Web<\/i> and admins managing support scenarios in Microsoft 365.<\/p>\n<p><b>What will happen:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>  <\/p>\n<ul>  <\/p>\n<li>A new option will appear under the <i>Help<\/i> tab in <i>Outlook for Web<\/i> to send diagnostics to Microsoft Support.<\/li>\n<p>  <\/p>\n<li>While managing a support ticket, Microsoft Support may instruct a user to submit diagnostics using this option and provide the resulting support ID.<\/li>\n<li>Diagnostic data is stored in Microsoft\u2019s support ticketing system and accessed by support agents and engineers for troubleshooting.<\/li>\n<p>  <\/p>\n<li>Admins can manage this feature using the cloud policy: <b>Configure Get Diagnostics feature&#8217;s visibility in the Help Ribbon in Office applications<\/b>.<\/li>\n<p>  <\/p>\n<li>The feature is <b>enabled by default<\/b> unless disabled via policy.<\/li>\n<p>  <\/ul>\n<p><b>[What you can do to
