To streamline learning experiences and focus development efforts, we\u2019re retiring the Manage interest<\/i> feature in Viva Learning and replacing it with Manage People Skills<\/i>. This change reflects our commitment to enhancing skill-based learning and simplifying admin management.<\/p>\n

  • Who is affected:<\/b> Organizations currently using the Manage interest<\/i> feature in Viva Learning.<\/li>\n

    • The Manage interest<\/i> feature will be retired and removed from Viva Learning.<\/li>\n

    • Admins will no longer be able to import or manage interests.<\/li>\n

    • Users will no longer be able to select or view interests.<\/li>\n

      <\/p>\n

    • All existing interest data\u2015including user-selected interests, interest inventory, and manual interest tags\u2015will be permanently deleted.<\/li>\n

    • The Manage People Skills<\/i> feature will be available as the recommended replacement.<\/li>\n
