Current status: We\u2019ve received reports that users may be unable to load their Microsoft Viva Glint profile or log in after customized access rules are removed. Our assessment has identified that a recent change to the Microsoft Viva Glint service resulted in a failure to process the removal of all customized access rules, which causes the users profiles to fail when loading and also may prevent them from accessing the service. We’re validating a fix in our internal text environment and, upon successful completion of this testing, we’ll being deployment, providing a timeline to resolution as one becomes available.<\/p>\n
