Current status: Our analysis indicates that part of the service update may not have completed as expected. We’re re-applied the update and are reaching out to some reporting admins and users to confirm if impact is successfully remediated after closing the browser, clearing cache, or opening incognito mode.<\/p>\n

Scope of impact: Impact is specific to some admins served through the affected infrastructure attempting to access features in the classic Exchange admin center. Additionally, this impacts some users attempting to manage distribution groups using the Outlook on the web settings page.<\/p>\n

Root cause: A recent service update contains a code issue which introduced a regression, causing problems in fetching and publishing code to the Content Delivery Network (CDN) and causing the impact.<\/p>\n
