Scope of impact: Impact is specific to some admins served through the affected infrastructure attempting to access any feature in the classic Exchange admin center. Additionally, this impacts some users attempting to manage distribution groups using the Outlook on the web settings page.<\/p>\n

Root cause: A recent service update contains a code issue which introduced a regression, causing problems in fetching and publishing code to the Content Delivery Network (CDN) and causing the impact.<\/p>\n
