This feature will reach general availability on December 15, 2025.<\/p>\n<p>  <b>How does this affect me?<\/b><br \/>  With this feature, AI agents can retrieve, update, and act on CRM data, automate tasks like qualifying leads or sending emails, and handle business processes without custom code.<\/p>\n<p>  The Model Context Protocol server enables the following tools, with more to come:  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>List leads<\/li>\n<p>  <\/p>\n<li>Retrieve lead summary (using Copilot in Dynamics 365 Sales)<\/li>\n<li>Qualify lead to opportunity<\/li>\n<li>Get outreach email (using Copilot in
