Current status: Further review of the HAR trace logs identified a corrupted add-in cache that we suspected may have been causing the impact. We reset the add-in cache for a subset of affected users, but confirmed through testing with those users that impact persisted. We’re refocusing our investigation towards the potential sync issue, and we’re preparing to run a set of commands to resync the add-ins as a potential remediation action. We anticipate the commands will be run by Sunday, November 23, 2025.<\/p>\n

Scope of impact: The problem impacts some users trying to access the My Templates and Viva Insights Outlook add-ins in Exchange Online. This section may be updated as our investigation progresses.<\/p>\n
