We’re introducing new functionality to Microsoft Purview Compliance Manager to enable integration with Microsoft Defender for Cloud. Additionally, we’re rolling out connectors for Salesforce and Zoom to enable increased visibility across your data estate.<\/p>\n

Your current assessments will not be affected by this update. However, this update will allow you to add automated, resource-level testing across Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), Salesforce, and Zoom to our existing Microsoft 365 assessments. This will help you assess your compliance posture more comprehensively across your data estate.  <\/p>\n

To use the Microsoft Purview Compliance Manager integration with Microsoft Defender for Cloud, you will need to enable either the Foundational CSPM or Defender CSPM plan and assign the standards you wish to assess to your Azure subscriptions. For GCP and AWS environments, you would also need to set up relevant connector(s) in Defender for Cloud. <\/p>\n
