Current status: We’ve identified that a spike in traffic caused high Central Processing Unit (CPU) utilization on components that facilitate Microsoft Defender portal functionalities. We’ve applied a mitigation and added more processing throughput, and telemetry shows that availability has recovered. We’ve received multiple reports from organizations that the issue is resolved, however, there are a small number of isolated reports that the issue still persists. We’re reviewing service error logs from those isolated reports to determine the next steps.<\/p>\n
