This feature will reach general availability on December 19, 2025.<\/p>\n<p>  <b>How does this affect me?<\/b><br \/>  With this capability, you can personalize each customer&#8217;s experience by choosing the correct path and actions relevant to individual customers based on whether they&#8217;re in a segment.
