Final status: We\u2019ve completed our review of system logs and determined that a recent Samsung service update introduced an incompatibility with the OneDrive app on Android devices. We recommend that users with affected devices that aren’t managed through Intune immediately update those devices to the latest version of the Samsung account app (15.5.03.0) to remediate this issue or otherwise gain support directly through Samsung for further remediation. The Microsoft-managed environment is functioning as expected and a service incident didn\u2019t occur. This communication will expire in 24 hours.<\/p>\n
