This feature will reach general availability on February 16, 2026.<\/p>\n<p>  <b>How does this affect me?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>  Supervisors will be able to adjust agent bookings directly within the &#8220;Schedule People&#8221; view, using intuitive drag-and-drop functionality.
