Current status: The recent query service update has resulted in a significant recovery to query performance. The majority of users will no longer see this issue, and instances of search index failures will only cause partial results limited to the specific failure location, rather than truncating all results at the point of failure. We will continue our active, direct monitoring of the environment until the service returns to pre-incident performance levels, which we anticipate will occur over the weekend.<\/p>\n

Scope of impact: This is a rare occurrence affecting approximately one percent of customer users when performing a search query that encounters an incorrect index entry.<\/p>\n
