For personal devices, this would mean&nbsp;restarting the enrollment process in &#8216;Company Portal&#8217;. For admins attempting to enroll a new   device into Apple&#8217;s Device Enrollment Program, this would mean&nbsp;resetting the device and restarting the enrollment process using one of two following options:<\/p>\n<p>  Option 1: Erase a device in Apple Configurator: <a href=\"https:\/\/support.apple.com\/en-gb\/guide\/apple-configurator-mac\/cad8cb745a89\/mac\">support.apple.com\/en-gb\/guide\/apple-configurator-mac\/cad8cb745a89\/mac<\/a><\/p>\n<p>  Option 2: Restore iPhone, iPad or iPod to factory settings: <a href=\"https:\/\/support.apple.com\/en-au\/HT201252\">support.apple.com\/en-au\/HT201252<\/a><\/p>\n<p>  Final status: We&#8217;ve identified that an authentication component misconfiguration within the infrastructure, responsible for facilitating Mobile Device Management enrollment features,&nbsp;was resulting in impact. We&#8217;ve reverted the offending configuration and restarted   the affected infrastructure, which after a period of monitoring has remediated impact.
