Current status: We’ve identified that due to a code issue, when the Microsoft Intune service attempts to calculate a device’s compliance status to provide access to company resources, it’s failing to propagate the device state to the underlying Entra service, resulting in impact. To recover newly enrolled devices experiencing impact, we’re working to retrigger these compliance calculations to re-initiate propagation to the Entra service. In parallel, we’re testing a potential code fix to ensure no further devices fall into this state.<\/p>\n
