Thank you for your patience.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>[Introduction]<\/b><\/p>\n<p>We\u2019re introducing a new <b>Follow<\/b> option for meetings in <i>Outlook Mobile<\/i>.&nbsp; This feature helps users stay informed when they cannot attend by prompting organizers to record the meeting and by ensuring followers receive key updates and follow\u2011up   items.<\/p>\n<p><b>[When this will happen]<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>General Availability (Worldwide)<\/b>: Rollout will begin in <b>mid-May 2026  <\/b>(previously&nbsp;mid-April)&nbsp;and is expected to complete by<b>&nbsp;end of May 2026 <\/b>  (previously end of April).<\/p>\n<p><b>[How this affects your organization]<\/b><\/p>\n<p><i>Who is affected<\/i><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>All users who schedule or respond to meetings in <i>Outlook Mobile<\/i>. Attendees will only see the option to respond with  <i><b>Follow<\/b> <\/i>if a meeting has two or more participants and when the organizer has requested responses.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><i>What will happen<\/i><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A new <b>Follow<\/b> option will appear as the third option in the<i> mobile RSVP menu<\/i>.
